Shipping Destinations
JordanShop currently ships only within Canada. We are unable to process orders to other countries at this time.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation after your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once your shipment is ready.
Shipping Method & Cost
We provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders to Canada. No minimum purchase is required.
- We work with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post. The carrier for your order is selected based on destination and package dimensions.
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days after order processing.
Tracking & Issues
